Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Live Karaoke’s mobile app, web app and their respective features (collectively, the “Services”), and any texts, links, graphics, audio, videos on the Services (collectively referred to as “Content”). The Services integrates a feature allowing you to access audiovisual content on YouTube platform. By using the Services you agree to be bound by the following Terms and YouTube's Terms of Service.
Your Service Provider
The entity providing the Services is Digital Contents Creator Co., Ltd., a company operating under the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, located at building 36 (10th floor), street 169, Sangkat Vealvong (12253), Khan 7 Makara (12250), Phnom Penh, Cambodia (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Who may use the Services
You may use the Services only if you agree to form a binding contract with us. In any case, you must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are accepting these Terms and using the Services on behalf of a group, company, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so and have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, in which case the words “you” and “your” as used in these Terms shall refer to such entity.
What the Services is for
Because we strongly believe that music can not only change the state of your feeling from being tough or stressful to relaxed while regain energy allowing you to focus better on your daily missions but also allows you to share with the world a sense of love and care, the Services is for you to use to
- Sing your favorite songs just for fun
- Practice your vocal boosted by awesome affects and improve your ability to sing along the rhythm of the music
- Share those recorded performances you like and appreciate to other social apps
- Enjoy listening and watching Karaoke performances recorded and posted by others
What the Services isn’t for
You’re not allowed to use the Services to record, post or share
- Nude video/pictures or sexual oriented speech/gesture/behaviors
- Violent video, images, or other situations provoking violence
- Political-oriented, harmful, misleading, discriminatory discussions or other hate speech
We can remove or restrict access to content that is in violation of these provisions. If you repeatedly record, post or share abusive content, you will be systematically flagged as offensive, a situation that may lead to you being blacklisted or your account being permanently disabled. Once blacklisted, you and all the content you own on our Services will no longer be accessible to the community of our users.
To help support our community, we encourage you to hide content you personally don’t like or report content that you believe inappropriate, abusive or violates your rights (including intellectual property rights) or our Terms and policies.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy (https://livekaraoke.net/privacy) describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our Services. You understand that through your use of the Services you consent to the collection, use and storage (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information.
Content on the Services
You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any Content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others.
Any use or reliance on any Content or materials posted via the Services or obtained by you through the Services is at your own risk. We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content or communications posted via the Services or endorse any opinions expressed via the Services. You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to Content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases, postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive. All Content is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such Content. We may not monitor or control the Content posted via the Services and, we cannot take responsibility for such Content.
We reserve the right to remove Content that violates these Terms, including for example, copyright or trademark violations or other intellectual property misappropriation, impersonation, unlawful conduct, or harassment.
If you believe that your content is being reported abusive, you being flagged as offensive in error or you wish to reach us for abusive content reporting purposes, you may do so at.

Updating our Terms
We work constantly to improve and develop new features to make our Services better for you and our community. As a result, we may need to update these Terms from time to time to accurately reflect our Services and practices. We will only make any changes if the provisions are no longer appropriate or if they are incomplete, and only if the changes are reasonable.
We may notify you via push notifications via our Services installed on your devices once these Terms are updated. You will be bound by them if you continue to use our Products.
We hope that you will continue using our Services but if you do not agree to our updated Terms and no longer want to be a part of our community, you can delete your account at any time.
Limits on liability
We work hard to provide the best Services we can and to specify clear guidelines for everyone who uses them. Our Services, however, are provided "as is," and we make no guarantees that they always will be safe, secure, or error-free, or that they will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. We do not control or direct what people and others do or say, and we are not responsible for their actions or conduct (whether online or offline) or any content they record, post, or share (including offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful, and other objectionable content).
We cannot predict when issues might arise with our Services. Accordingly, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and under no circumstance will we be liable to you for any lost profits, revenues, information, or data, or consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Disputes
We try to provide clear rules so that we can limit or hopefully avoid disputes between you and us. If a dispute does arise, however, it's useful to know up front where it can be resolved and what laws will apply.
If you are a consumer, the laws of the country in which you reside will apply to any claim, cause of action, or dispute you have against us that arises out of or relates to these Terms, and you may resolve your claim in any competent court in that country that has jurisdiction over the claim.
