Personal Data
Your active phone number and name are currently the only information required to start using the Application.
Derivative Data
Information our servers automatically collect and store when you use the Application including key references and metadata (artists, genres and productions) of those Karaoke songs you sing, video performances recorded and posted by other users you view or like, users you follow, your friends and fans.
We collect your photo you may upload as part of your user profile and some useful details about your experience you may give us as feedback about your use of the Application.
Mobile Device Access & Data
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s camera, microphone and photo gallery. As part of push notification implementation, we also collect your mobile device ID.
Push Notifications
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:
- Identify your profile and derivative data
- Identify the Application instance installed on your device
- Understand your preferences in terms of genres, artists, productions of Karaoke songs and community singers & their covers to better recommend more other similar songs, other friends having similar preferences to grow your network and entertain you even more.

When you have friends and fans who are other users of the Application, those users may see your name, profile picture, emotional reactions, comments and descriptions on video performances recorded and posted by you or others. Sharing your own public video performances to Facebook or other social network platforms allows other users on that platform to also see that information.

We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.
